Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Thanks for pointing me to the fix for USC and dark themes I totally appreciate it . Now trying to figure out how I can add that file to a theme so people don't have to edit the file manually. Thanks again my friend
Hey. I don't know of anyway to incorporate USC into theme itself. I have been thinking about that myself for a while. If it ever occurs to me I will let you know, but I think the problems lies in the fact that USC uses its own .css file, instead of being based off the themes.
Yeah I even tried adding it to a apps folder in my themes and adding it to gtk.css to point to it first but it doesn't work. But still it is a fix I've had a lot of people ask me how to fix that and I couldn't tell them anything, so thanks again my friend
Ye now I'm sitting here looking through software-center and I don't think you can make a much simpler fix than that, next best thing would be much more difficult...
